Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation uses a smooth-edged tool to gently scrape the skin, stimulating circulation, releasing fascia, and easing discomfort. Both treatments aim to restore balance, reduce inflammation, and support overall wellness, offering a holistic approach to pain relief and relaxation. Side Effects: Temporary skin discoloration, muscle soreness, bruising, or petechiae (small red or purple spots) may occur.
