Steph Paulson
I grew up in Agoura Hills, CA and practiced ballet, tap and jazz since the age of 3. I was a member of the Dance Team at Cal State Long Beach in 2000 and participated regularly in fitness programs. In 2010, I moved to Mammoth Lakes, CA to enjoy the beauty of the Eastern Sierra’s. I found my calling when I attended a NAFC Group Fitness workshop and obtained my Group Fitness Certification. Since then, I have been on the fast track with my education and have received certifications in The WillPower Method, Pop Pilates, Piyo and Barre. October 2015 I obtained my Personal Training Certification from NAFC. Being active is my medicine of choice and my hobbies include hiking, fishing, paddleboarding, snowboarding, snowshoeing and spending time with my husband and dogs!
